    I had kimchee for the first time at a Asian restaurant called”Be Se To” http://www.citypaper.com/eat/review.asp?rid=9958. I love this dish. And thanks to you, I know how to make it. Thank you so much.

    Fantastic video. I always wanted to know how to make kimchee the right way and why mine never seemed to turn out good. I’ve been skipping several steps, I see. Can’t wait to try again as soon as I go shopping in Atlanta. Thanks for the video…and thanks to Clyde who suggested it ;-)
