most korean people use chopsticks while they are breading the sliced fish with flour and eggs. I’m using my fingers to save time. lol If you use chopsticks, you won’t need to worry about your sticky fingers.

I just had a flash. Would it not be a good idea to mix a batter with the eggs and flour? It seems like that’s what was happening on my fingers anyway. Hmmm. I’ll have to do some research.

    Hi!

I just found your blog, and I think it’s really quite interesting, especially since you present a view of a new immigrant to Canada, and I’m thinking of immigrating there too…

    Lovely cooking by the way…

We usually eat this dish with a bowl of rice with soup and kimchi and other side dishes. A bowl of rice again! If you don’t like rice,I think it goes with noodle soup or with salads, why not?

Hehe, this time I used the music made by one of my friends’ dad who came from Trinidad long time ago. The lyric keeps saying,”Turn beast tonight!” I think my friend was born because his parents turned beast one night! : )

Wonderfull! Hmm the music sounds familiar. :) This does look easy and fast. I guess I have to try making some now. I wonder what goes well with it, other than salad. Tatter tots? :)

    Great job! Chosumnida!!
