These are heirloom tomatoes that I bought yesterday at the Union Square greenmarket. There are 4 different kinds of tomatoes in this platter, “hooligan” cheese, and cubes of Fuji apple. This pungent hooligan cheese and humble-looking tomato went perfectly together. The texture of this tomato is different than usual tomato and sweeter, because it matured naturally.
Each bite made me happy!
