This is a little present for all of you. I’ve been using a photo taken from my hwajeon video as my computer desktop background for a long time. The flowers were so pretty and I thought I would share with you guys. So I made a few sizes and here they are.

I was invited by NOPAK to do a cooking demo in The Mall of America.

More than 100 people came and there were 21 entries for the kimchi contest. They were from everywhere. Someone from Maryland, someone from Canada, and some drove hours and hours to come to the event. I was overwhelmed by their passion!

Oh, so pretty and just the sort of picture I need after all the snow and bad weather we have had. It’s now my desktop picture! ^__^
