Do you think it might be possible that one day you make a little PDF or video that explains all about the composition of each meal in a Korean home (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and maybe a little explanation on how to plan the food for one whole week? Unless I am visiting friends I am only eating Korean for dinner now so it would be helpful for me to learn how to do a balanced week of dishes.
