Do you think it might be possible that one day you make a little PDF or video that explains all about the composition of each meal in a Korean home (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and maybe a little explanation on how to plan the food for one whole week? Unless I am visiting friends I am only eating Korean for dinner now so it would be helpful for me to learn how to do a balanced week of dishes. Thanks :)

Maangchi: I was just reading your old blog posts when I found this. "It’s to the point that a Seoul born Korean-American coworker and good friend laughs that I eat more Korean food than his own sons."
Thank you for your interest in my class and hopefully you can make it!

You make me laugh!<br

I am so glad that you are going to be offering cooking classes. For a long time, my wife has asked me if I'd like cooking classes as a gift. I've looked into many, but nothing piqued my interest until I saw your website and Youtube videos.
I've only recently fallen in love with Korean food, though I've found myself eating it every week lately. I have kimchee with gim and rice for lunch often (away from everyone else, of course, lol).
It's to the point that a Seoul born Korean-American coworker and good friend laughs that I eat more Korean food than his own sons.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to making one of your classes, possibly next Saturday. If not, then a future one.
Hope to see you soon!!

Maangchi,<br

I will be in NYC the weekend of the 16 - 19... too bad it doesn't overlap with your cooking class. I need to learn how to cook!Thank you for the videos. I always ask my mom how to make things but Koreans don't ever have recipes... just "this much" or "just taste it" so I never knew how to cook anything. You make everything so easy-- I'm sure I can cook anything!

I just found your podcasts yesterday.
