I’m leaving for Mexico tomorrow and I’m excited about my 2 weeks of travel. Ooh whoo! The most exciting thing about this trip is that my adventurous daughter will join me!
We’re going to meet so many interesting people, see their culture, and taste their delicious food! Yes, some Korean ingredients will be sitting on a corner of my backpack. Give me some Korean hot pepper paste, fermented soy bean paste, and sesame oil and I can cook Korean food wherever I go. : )
I will be checking my website and email from the internet cafe sometimes, but not as often as I usually would. So I’d appreciate if you help each other, like you usually do.
