Many of my friends from my childhood are korean and often times would eat with their family but I never learned to make it until now. When I tried to make it before I wondered why I couldn't get that thickness with the sauce it would always be runny. But now I learned on your videos .. I have to make alot because everybody here it's it all lol. I made kimchi stew today for the 1rst time and it was really good.

Yes I am familiar with different kinds of kimchi. Maybe because I have thai backround.. and I'm so used to the spicy food lol. But I was wondering, do you have any good recipes for Mul (water) Kimchi? It's simular to the thai pickled vegetables I think? We use rice powder and salt then let it sit for a couple days.

Fusion is not too bad, but to me sometimes it’s not enough of the spice. I just made some salted mustard greens, but I'm sure there are more ways to pickle and serve them. I like their natural spiciness and they are so easy to grow! Your new book looks great!

Ooh I second the request for mustard green kimchi.
