Maangchi’s Reader’s Meeting

Hi, everybody! I know this may be too short notice. : )
I’m going to meet some of my readers this coming Saturday afternoon on July 26.
I was going to do some picnic with Korean food, but realized that the weather is too hot, so decided to meet you somewhere else.

If you want to see me face to face, mark your calendar and come! The meeting will be 2 hour meeting. Probably the meeting starts either 12:30 pm or 2:00 pm.

We have not decided exact time and place yet because it depends on how many people can join it.

Let me know through email in case you can come.

    Hi Ms. Maangchi,
I wish I could meet you, but I live closer to Boston…too far away!
Please can you tell me if you ever use the ingredient called doraji? I tasted it and loved the texture, but I am not sure how to prepare it. I bought a package of dried doraji. Also, I heard it is very good for health.
Thank you so much! I am a big fan and have written before.
    Best wishes, Sencha22

    Sencha22
The dried doraji should be boiled and soaked for a long time just like “kosari”. Oh, you are living in Boston! Take care,
