Maangchi, Thank you for your iTunes podcast! I LOVE LOVE Korean food. You offer a view into a wider variety of foods than what I can come across in Korean restaurants in Los Angeles where I live. MMmmMmmM your food looks soooo yummy. I haven’t made anything yet. I think I am scared. But when I do I will post the pictures of the food and the happy tummies on your blog! :)

I am in the Army and I spent a year in Korea, I fell in love with the korea and the ppl of Korea. I love Korean food too. I just had a korean dinner party not to long ago, it was a lot of fun and I went on to your site to make my dishes. My fav korean food is Mandu, Naengmyeon and Galbi jjim. I live in D.C. now and the night of my dinner party I made Mandu and Japchae, everyone loved it.

I never commented on anything and just followed you silently, learning a great deal on korean food and making my friends falling in love with korean food by cooking for them what I learnt from you and amazing my korean boyfriend by cooking for him, too.

i’ve never made a korean dish b4 but i want. im also learning korean
( it’s hard being self taught. :( )

but i’m also interrest the culture. i have culinary arts in my school as a major. but do nothing but fried chicken and tacos and same types of breakfast every year. i’m really tired of the samething.

some of faves are:
kimchi.
gyung dan.
yuk gae jang. :)

there an NRA show every year i was wondering can u make it there.
so the nearest asian food market is like over 17 miles away.
