Branch broccoli and rinse it in cold water and strain it. Then mix with olive oil, salt, garlic, and hot pepper flakes (optional).
The beef jeon is made with sliced beef (sirloin steak), sprinkle some salt,pepper, garlic, and coat each slice with flour. Then pan-fry it after dipping in beaten eggs.
