Bulgogi has always been a favorite among Koreans but it’s becoming more popular around the world, outside of the Korean community. My bulgogi video is one of the first I posted to YouTube and has had thousands and thousands of viewers. And the full recipe has always been one of the most popular pages on my website.

You’ll learn how to make a full bulgogi BBQ dinner in this class. I’ll prepare all the ingredients for you. Together we’ll make your own marinade and mix 2lbs of sliced beef, enough for 4 people.

I’ll show you how to make:

  • Bulgogi (preparation and marinade)
  • Thick spicy paste (real homemade “samjang” not the stuff in a box)
  • Side dish of seasoned green onion salad (“pajeoli“)

When you leave the class everything will be ready and marinated, but not cooked! You’ll have a bulgogi feast for 4 people that you can finish at home. You just need to stop off and get some fresh lettuce on the way.

So if you’re going to take this class, give your family or friends some warning. They’re going to have a great Korean meal that night, made by you! Bring your containers and when you go home, you’ll have a bulgogi feast with your family!
