Here is my interview with April and some photos of Korean dishes that She made. Her interest in Korean food started when she started dating her husband. She said her husband always took her to a Korean restaurant and she fell in love with Korean food. Now she cooks Korean food for him! Her husband asks her to make kimchi and japchae whenever he brings his friends over. Happy cooking makes happy family!

I am with my Husband (Scot) He is a Korean. We have our own Business(RestoBar) and I manage the business
How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
I love Korean food. I cook Korean food almost everyday. My husband doesn’t like Filipino food that much, so I am thankful that I found your website, Maangchi. Thank you so much!

It’s really hard to choose. hahaha! But I love, Pork Bone Soup (gamjatang)감자탕, Stir-fried squid / 오징어 볶음, and Japchae :)

What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
My Husband, my Mother , cousins, and friends they really like my japchae :) My husband requested me to make kimchi and japchae everytime his friends visit us.
