Here is my mini interview with Brigitte and a photo of baechu doenjangguk (cabbage soup with fermented soy bean paste) that she made. ya ya ya! I have an elementary student fan! : ) She can cook Korean doenjangguk! When I was her age, I also cooked a lot for my family. I never thought I was too young to cook! She reminds me of myself.
What is your name and where do you live?
My name is Brigitte Papadakis and I live in Montreal,Canada!

What do you do and how many family members do you have ?
I am an elementary school student going to High School next year and I live with my dad.
How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
I cook Korean food every weekend because I don’t have time on other days.
What are your favorite Korean dishes? Choose 3, please!
Thats hard to choose only 3, but I think I would have to say yachaejeon, kimbap, and jabchae.
What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
A lot of people compliment me on my Baechu doenjang guk.
