This week our Korean food fan is Harshita Ambre from India. She had never tasted Korean dishes before, but she has been very interested in learning Korean food. Only problem is that she can’t find Korean cooking ingredients easily where she lives. But she enjoys making Korean street snack ppopgi (sugar candy), twisted doughnuts, and ginger tea that she doesn’t need any special Korean cooking ingredients. I wish there were some Korean grocery stores in her area so that she could cook all kinds of delicious Korean dishes! Happy cooking, Harshita!
