I luv the way you modified the Korean dishes to fit your taste while still maintaining the distinct Korean-ness of the dishes! Come to think of it, I guess I do that a lot too! I like adding kimchi in my kimbap… and often eat veggie snacks dipped in cho-ggochijang (vinegered red spicy paste) :)
