I get new power plants up and running. 4 family members (wife and two daughters)
3. How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
I cook Korean two or three times per week. Your TteokBokKi video was the first one for me to watch. I have used the info form your TteokBokKi video to make Rabokki. (photo attached)
4. What are your favorite Korean dishes? Choose 3, please!
Bibimbab, Kalbi and Soon Tobu, but in Korea what ever is at the closest pojangmacha.
5. What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
The one that Korean and Japanese people complement me on is Donkkaseu / Donkasu / Tonkatsu.
Very great recipes! I like how you made Ddukbokki into Rabokki!!! Can you share your famous Donkasu recipe & picture?!! PLEASE!! =)
What you do is when the Ddukbokki is almost ready add ramen noodles and cook until they are done.
For donkatsu use this recipe but use pork instead of chicken.
