Here’s my mini interview with Jessica Wong and some photos of her family and the Korean dishes that she made. I met her a few months ago at my Singapore meetup during my Gapshida trip. She had been one of my silent readers before I met her. Now she is featured on my website! I am very surprised to see all these photos of Korean food. She makes Korean bulgogi, kimchi, soup, and side dishes just like a Korean housewife.
Check out the cute smiles in the photo of her 2 sons taken on the stairs. Aren’t they adorable? When they grow up, they’ll remember their mom’s food and will say, “Our mom’s food is the best!” : )

What is your name and where do you live?
My name is Jessica. I live in Singapore.
What do you do and how many family members do you have?
I’m a piano teacher. 4 members in my family. My husband works and lives overseas.
Her father, brother, and 2 sons. Jessica says, ” ..They are the ‘willing guinea pigs’ of my cooking :)”

How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
Almost everyday except weekends. My kids love meat so there’s a meat dish everyday except on Fridays.

Everyone likes doejibulgogi. Personally, I love bibimbap.
