Tell me about the first time you ever tasted Korean food. Where were you, and what did you eat?
I grew up eating Korean food all the time. I know my mom ate lots of it when I was in the womb. =) I am hooked!! When I go too long without eating Korean food..I get very homesick.
How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
I Have made 2 dishes in 2 days!! I am eager to make more! My next recipe I will use is Kimchi! I have made several dishes before including galbi, bulgogi, curry rice, tofu soup, I tried making dukboki and it turned out horrible! Probably because I didn’t use Maanchi’s recipe.

What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
Galbi is my best dish! I made it for thanksgiving for my boyfriend’s midwest family..It was a huge hit!
