    My name is Monica Kang and I live in Toronto Ontario, Canada
  2. What do you do and how many family members do you have?
    I’m General Manager of a plastic manufacture company Pine Valley Inc. My family members are my husband, me, and my two daughters
  3. How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
    I just started cooking your recipes and today I made the oisobagi and the radish soup.

    My favorite are: soondubu chigae,  Jjajangmyeon (black bean sauce noodles), and galbi (beef short ribs)

  7. What’s your best Korean dish, the one that everybody compliments you on when you make it?
    Well, it is soondubu chigae ( soft tofu stew).
