Thank you for the compliment on the photos! I agree, I hope more people have the opportunity to be introduced to Korean food also. I think it is really an under-appreciated cuisine in this country. We have plenty of Chinese, Japanese and Asian fusion restaurants, but nowhere near enough Korean! That is why I am excited about everything Maangchi does, it is really helping to spread the word about Korean food and I will help her in any way possible. I was just up by Manchester recently, coincidentally. I don&#039;t really every go there though. There is a Korean restaurant in New Haven, but I haven&#039;t actually eaten there. I usually go when I am in the city, because there are so many. Although, with Maangchi&#039;s recipes, you can just cook at home, so there&#039;s really no need to have a restaurant close by!
