Here is my interview with Stephanie and the photo of Korean dishes. Stephanie was adopted as an infant from Korea and her mom always tried to incorporate her heritage. She says, “My mom, a great cook, would often cook all sorts of delicious korean cuisine. She has a Swedish background so I ate more Swedish dishes than Korean growing up!”
- What is your name and where do you live?
Stephanie Davis and I live in Lincoln, NE.
- What do you do and how many family members do you have?
I am a graduate student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am the 3rd oldest with 2 sisters and a brother, plus my parents.
- How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
I am a beginning cook and am looking for some great tips and recipes. Cooking has never been my forte so I’m hoping to expand on this skill! Between school full-time and working two jobs it is sometimes hard to find time to cook a good meal.
