Here is my interview with Stephanie and the photo of Korean dishes. Stephanie was adopted as an infant from Korea and her mom always tried to incorporate her  heritage.  She says, “My mom, a great cook, would often cook all sorts of delicious korean cuisine. She has a Swedish background so I ate more Swedish dishes than Korean growing up!”

  5. How often do you cook Korean food following my recipes?
I am a beginning cook and am looking for some great tips and recipes. Cooking has never been my forte so I’m hoping to expand on this skill! Between school full-time and working two jobs it is sometimes hard to find time to cook a good meal.
