Here is my mini interview with Thaory and some photos of Korean dishes she made. She makes Korean dishes so often that she can make many delicious Korean dishes without looking at the recipes. : )
jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles)

bulgogi (pan-fried marinated beef)
soondubu jjigae (spicy soft tofu stew)
Griled beef (Seogogi gui) and grilled pork belly (samgyopsal gui) I usually make them in the same time with many side dishes)
