Love these clam!!!! we sprinkle a salty mix on it (salt, sugar, pepper, chile flakes) and then on a hot summer day lay it in a shallow basket out in the sun to cook. then dip it in a tamarind sauce!! ^-^ Yummy!! i want some now!!!!
