I am not sure whether the dried fish they ate is dried pollocks or not. However,I would like to know whether the dried shredded pollock can just eat like that without cooking it.And aslo I have seen the soul market at my place selling whole piece dried pollocks. How should I shred it by myself?

Hi Maangchi, I am wondering whether I can eat the dried shredded pollock as snacks? cause I have watched a lot korean dramas in which some people ate some kind of dried fish when they drink. Stock fish: any fish cured by being split and hung in the open air to dry without salt, as cod, haddock, etcIf you want to make dried pollock soup with my recipe, you can try it out but I can’t guarantee the result.
