Korean cooking ingredients:

Young summer radish


This vegetable is called “Yulmu” or “Yeolmu,” in Korean 열무 and in English they call it “young summer radish.” I will make “yulmu kimchi” video later. It’s a little bit different recipe from Napa cabbage kimchi.

    Can I make kkatugi kimchi with yulmu? Because I can’t find korean radishes anywhere. =/
