Piggy Steamed pork Buns
You have such imagination. This is my favorite!
Bo, you can buy black food colouring in Amazon.com. For example here: http://astore.amazon.com/cookigalle-20/detail/B002L3RVBA
I’m going to make these when I visit my parents in Oregon in November. I don’t know where to buy black food coloring, I’ll give the little piggies blue eyes!!
aigo aigooo …very funny , very cute
Go go … Sinta , Fighting !!
so cute!! they’d be too cute for me to eat :)
@ Powerplantop – Thank you :)! Kids love cute food, these would be great for bento as well, I think!
@ Leahangel – thanks:). No, it’s actually not as hard/time consuming as it seems. You just need to colour a part of your dough with pink food colouring and shape the ears and snouts with it. The rest of the process, you can watch in Maangchi’s video, except the pleating part.
These buns are almost too cute to eat…almost ;)
Seriously, they’re adorable and I bet super delicious! Were they super
time consuming to make?
My kids would love these!
I didn’t use zucchini because I am not very into zucchini and I added some oyster sauce to the pork filling. Ears and snouts are coloured with a drop of pink food colouring.
