Sweet and crispy chicken (dakkangjung)
Although we’re “competitors,” I have to tell you, this dish looks fabulous. In fact when the contest first started, you are one of a few that I voted for. My favorite cut of chicken is breast. How was it? I’m thinking less calories than the wings with all that skin.
Regardless….. good job!
Instead of chicken wings, I used cut up chicken breasts for this dish since that’s what I had. :-)
