Hi! This is the recipe of korean pancake. I changed any things, because here we haven’t :
1/2 cup flour, 2/3 cup water, 1 ts salt, 1 egg,
– Scallop ( I put crabmeat and I decorated with it ) – Shrimp – Green onions( leeks , here we haven’t green onions) – Asian chives ( young garlic or tender garlic, we haven’t chives) http://ousdebou.com/images/P4110026.JPG ( photo are a “ajos tiernos”)
– Zucchini – Green chili pepper – Vegetable oil – Sesame oil – Soy Sauce
