3 kinds of kimchi

Yesterday I made kimchi for the first time since coming back to New York from my Gapshida trip. I made three kinds of kimchi: napa cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, and ponytail kimchi.

I’m not comfortable unless I know I my fridge is well-stocked with kimchi, so as soon as I run out I always make more. Now I feel I am finally at home!

    Maangchi! Do you have recipe for ponytail kimchi? Also I am going to make kimchi but I want to know if you store them in the clear plastic containers like yours does it make the containers stain like sometimes with tomato based products?

    Are those mouth-watering dishes up for the drawing contest too? Just kidding. :D My refrigerator is void of any kimchi currently so all four of them would like nice in my fridge! Ha, ha. Tomorrow I’ll be buying some cabbage and making a jarful, using your recipe, of course. :)
