Yesterday I made kimchi for the first time since coming back to New York from my Gapshida trip. I made three kinds of kimchi: napa cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, and ponytail kimchi.
I’m not comfortable unless I know I my fridge is well-stocked with kimchi, so as soon as I run out I always make more. Now I feel I am finally at home!
