I have a Korean cooking assignment for school and I panicked but your website and YouTube videos have helped me out heaps! I made braised baby potatoes because I’m still a beginner and I used sugar instead. I burnt myself multiple times due to my sillinessN but as soon as I put the soy sauce in a lot of the sauce came sizzling out :( I tried but I think I could’ve done better.
