Every time I made Dorajimuchim and put the muchim into container, I felt bad for the leftover paste in the mixing bowl. Today, I did a small experiment and it was very successful. With some leftover paste in the bowl, I threw in lots of greens, and I added some Yuzu salad dressing to add some flavor and make it easier to mix. It turned out great. The sour Yuzu flavor goes very well with the apple vinegar taste in the Dorajimuchim paste. My boyfriend and I had the salad, black rice and Dorajimuchim for lunch. Such a healthy and tasty meal!
