Hi Maangchi!

Made bibimbap after watching your kongnamulbap video. I was going to make it but my twin said “too many beansprouts!!!” so we made this instead xD We just used spinach, carrot, shitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, ground beef, and instead of zucchini we used cucumber. Using the dolsot pot really makes it taste better imo because the rice gets nice and crispy!

PS: my spinish is hiding behind the spoon! can you tell from the picture my egg yolk broke? haha, I covered it up (or at least I tried to!).

Thank you for the recipe :)
The recipe is here.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone and especially to Maangchi for all her great videos! :D

It’s kind of weird, I’m actually Vietnamese but I almost NEVER try cooking Vietnamese dishes. I’m always out trying Korean and Japanese food, my parents make fun of me and say I’m probably adopted xD

This looks beyond delicious!! This is my favorite dish that I always order in K-restaurants. bibimbap in the stone pot so that I get the crispy rice!

Emily: on you kongnamulbap, can I cook everything in a rice cooker or does it have to be in a pot on the stove?
