Bibimbap (비빔밥)

A few days ago I had people over to talk about my upcoming cookbook. I decided to make a classic dish for them: Bibimbap. These days fiddleheads are in season, so we had delightful spread. I made rice and chicken, and served with seasoning sauce (yangnyeomjang), gochujang (hot pepper paste), and toasted sesame oil!

    I’ve never heard or seen fiddleheads! They’re not common in the Netherlands. They look really great and I bet the taste is amazing!
