I was a little hesitant to make bibimbap, thought it would be difficult to get it al the vegetables right.
But today I decided that it was only a small thing in my mind rather than in my hands!
I went to the market to buy all the vegetables that I love. Carrots, spinach, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms and zucchini.
My favorite butcher cut off a beautiful piece of beef. Cutting all the veggies and beef took most of the time. Prepared all the veggies one at a time and placed it on a big platter.
Because we like raw beef, I kept it like that, I’ve only added a pinch of salt, pepper and toasted sesame oil.
At the end I fried four eggs, sunny side up! Finally I put some rice in the bowls and everyone could pick what they like! Stan and Mart loved it!
