Maangchi’s amazing braised saury

Haven’t had korean food in so long and had a massive craving so made this! I had quite a similar dish in KTown in NYC and it was so nice to be able to recreate it myself. I used tinned mackerel fillets for this one but the one I cooked a couple of days later with bone-in sardines were even better! Thanks Maangchi!
