Followed the whole recipe accept adding additional sugar. We prefer to eat the roll as it is therefore I added extra 20g of sugar (I used brown sugar)..they turned out so so so cottony and fluffy! My 1st attempt to make bread rolls, it was a huge success! Thank you for the recipe!
