Beef bulgogi and veggies before cooking. So delicious. I didn’t use beef tenderloin, i used a chuck roast. I sliced it when it was still a little frozen and I was able to get very thing slices. It was still so tender and juicy. I love it! I am going to make bibimbap with it soon soon and will post the pictures. Thank you Maangchi! ^____^
It was so delicious! Maangchi? I have a question about the rice for the bibimbap. Do you use the sticky sweet rice or regular long grain rice?
