Chapssalddeok (Korean-style mochi)


My first attempt of making Chapssaltteok. It is very fun to make however I think I use too much starch powder to flour the cutting board during the wrapping process which is why mine turns out too powderish :S
I think I put a little too much vanilla in my fillings too that I taste more vanilla than red beans. Will try again soon!
