I was craving for a delicious soup so i decided to make Sujebi.I couldn´t find the dried anchovies and kombu sea plant, i have to work with the stuff i had at home (chicken stock, a bunch of spinach, hot pepper flakes, onions and 2 large eggs). Making the noodles was the best!!!! Usually my husband just stay behind the counter, this time he made the noodles!!!! He´s quite picky about food…i should say he ate two bowls of Sujebi!!!! Definetly this soup is going to be one of the Specials at home!!! Thanks again Maangchi!!
