My first tangsuyuk attempt at home for my Korean husband following Maangchi recipe. It’s actually my husband’s fav menu, and this time my mom-in-law thought it’s a delivery!
I didn’t have apple vinegar and cucumber, so I just replaced apple vinegar with rice vinegar and plum extract, I skipped cucumber. I’m using the-available-at-the-moment wheat flour and arrowroot starch for the frying coating, it tasted so good that both of us finished all 400gr pork ^^
