  1. Many Thai versions of curry contain fish sauce and/or fermented shrimp in the curry paste. I think it works well with chicken. I don’t add any in pork curry. I also used coconut water not coconut milk which is normally used in Thai curry.

    The flavor is still far from most Thai style curries. The Ottogi curry powder is pretty good and it leaves plenty of room to experiment with other additions.
