Hello, I’m an American and I just made this for my beautiful Korean wife. She was very excited and she said it made her feel like she was back home in Korea once again. Thank you Maangchi, I will be making more of your meals in the future. The only difference to the recipe is that I used a little bit more 고추장 and I used jalapeño peppers instead of green peppers (I like my food spice!).
