First time cooking dakbokkeumtang ~ i wanted to try first so i used only 400grams of chicken … well it came out every delicious and really very spicy .. maybe because i use Malaysia’s chili flakes … but it is delicious and the potatoes are full of flavours !! THX Maangchi for the recipe ! will cook this for the coming Chinese New Year gathering !
