Hi Maangchi – I really enjoy your cooking videos.
I want to make Rainbow Rice Cake for my daughter birthday next week, and I want to ask Huynh how he/she prepare dry rice powder. I am have trouble adding a comment/question directly at the recipe. So you tell me how to prepare dry rice flour for this recipe. thank you very much and happy cooking – Sophie
