Made from my first harvest of Korean Rat (White) Radishes. Didn’t have Apple Vinegar so substituted with Rice Wine Vinegar along with honey (instead of sugar). It sure is delicious! Nothing beats fresh vegetables from your own garden. Thanks Maangchi for your fantastic recipes! I still have about 90 of your recipes to make… :D
