Vegetarian doenjang-jjigae

Vegetarian doenjang-jjigae with rice and vegan kimchi. My very first time tasting fermented soybean paste, and I loved it! A great nutty, salty flavor. I left out the anchovies and shrimp, and instead used a piece of kelp. I also added some kale to mine :-)
