My version of Kimchi ^^

This is my 2nd Kimchi batch, here in northern Sweden I cannot find hot pepper flakes so I used freash chili instead, and I replaced the sugar with Date syrup for more nutients + added turmeric for color and health: in 2 days it’s time to feast! :D. Really looking forward until summer so I can try and add some fresh Swedish vegetables :). Thank you Maangchi for getting me into Korean cooking! <3
