Ran out of my regular kimchi and didn’t have any all last week, so had to make some of this emergency kimchi. The recipe is quick, tasty, and filled-the-need of my kimchi craving. :)

It looks super tasty! I also make this kimchi when my napa cabbage kimchi runs out but have no time to go to a Korean grocery store.
