No need to cut the kimchi into bite sized pieces, I just use scissors to cut one of the cabbage cores off, get a nice long piece of kimchi, dip it in sesame seeds, and eat it with rice. Delicious!

That’s how I enjoy freshly made kimchi! It goes great with hot doenjangguk.
