My very first home made Kimbap! After watching your video this weekend and after watching my cousins husband make it, I thought: Let’s give it a try! Luckily I had some of the ingredients leftover from yesterday, all I had to do was prepare the carrots and spinach and then it was rolling time! Cracked the Kim a little bit, because there was so much stuffing in there, but it all worked out in the end. Still have two rolls left, maybe I’ll have some for lunch tomorrow and make my collegue happy with the other one ( don’t have any teachers to give em to).
